TJ has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Madras, India and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
TJ is also a Master Mariner and had a successful sea career before his MBA.
TJ lives in Newton, MA with his wife and two children and is involved in several community activities.
Dirceu is a Senior Advisor with in-depth expertise in strategic analysis of operations and improvement projects for corporate clients, over 25 years of industry and consulting experience across a wide range of industries including consumer products, utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, and services. Consulting engagements have resulted in sustainable EBITDA improvement of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Dirceu was previously a Director at Hitachi Consulting. He has an MBA from UCLA and a PhD from Cal Tech. He is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
Leo is an Advisor to Quantum, and has expertise in process, planning, procurement, inventory and supply chain management. He is an innovative leader with extensive experience in sales improvement, margin enhancement and expense reduction through improved inventory productivity and supply chain efficiencies.
Leo was previously Vice President of inventory management at CVS/Pharmacy and Director of Merchandising at General Mills. Leo has a BS in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management.
John is a Senior Advisor with in-depth expertise in operations and financial analysis across a wide range of industries including CPG, manufacturing, chemicals, and services.

John was previously a Director at Celerant / Hitachi Consulting. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSME from the University of Hartford.
Mike has 25 years of consulting experience. He was previously a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting and a Manager at A.T, Kearney
Mike focuses on supply chain strategy and operational performance improvements. He is also an outstanding modeler and has built complex models for network optimization, inventory optimization, forecasting, market sizing, etc.
Mike has a BA in Economics from Hull University and an MSc in Transportation studies from Cranfield University.
Luis has 15+ years of experience in financial modeling, business case development, operational analysis and due diligence. He was part of the Private Equity team at Celerant / Hitachi consulting.
His previous work experience includes Goldman Sachs, GE and Wellington Management.
Luis is a graduate of GE's Financial Management Program and an MBA from Boston University. He is also a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
With 20+ years of experience across industries, Gregg has been responsible for leading and implementing large complex change initiatives while consistently delivering high value return on investment for clients. Gregg was previously the Blackbelt Core Group Manager at Chrysler, where he was responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of its various operational excellence programs.
Gregg has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MS from the University of Michigan.
Alan is a seasoned Project Manager and Operations and Supply Chain Professional with deep experience in operations strategy design and implementation. He has lead Operational Performance improvement projects across many industries and post-merger planning and execution in the industrials, chemicals and electronics industry; delivered measurable financial and operational benefits.
Alan was previously a Project Manager at Myrtle Consulting Group, a Project Manager at Celerant/ Hitachi Consulting and a Logistic Director at Safeway Grocery Inc.
Alan has a BA from Dallas Baptist University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Tyler. He is also PMP – PMI and CSCP – APICS certified.
Mark is a distribution and supply chain SME, and has consistently delivered results in improving DC operations, costs, quality and service levels, across a range of industries including consumer electronics, food, retail and CPG.
Mark was previously a Director of Distribution at Arrow Electronics and VP Operations at Fredericks of Hollywood.
Mark has an MBA from the University of Delaware and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Clemson university.
Arney is a highly experienced Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner. He has led 90+ Kaizen events in manufacturing and in back office process improvements. He has consolidated manufacturing locations, improved throughput, reduced set up times, and implemented successful process changes in a variety of situations.
Arney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Lean Coach and Trainer.
