For a PE platform acquisition Quantum conducted an ODD of a manufacturer of Utilities meters, controls and infrastructure, with multiple manufacturing plants in North America and Europe.  Quantum conducted site visits to all the N.American manufacturing plants, and assessed manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and other operating capabilities at each of the plants.  Quantum developed potential EBITDA improvements that  included lean / operating efficiencies, sourcing, in-sourcing and other cost out opportunities.
