We support PE and Corporate M&A transactions and deliver EBITDA improvements through operational improvement programs.

TJ Sridhar is the founder and Managing Partner of Quantum Strategic Advisors. He is a Senior Executive leader with a strong track record of identifying and delivering EBITDA improvements for PE portfolio companies and for other corporations around the world.
In his 25+ years of consulting, TJ has led strategic initiatives and operational transformations for global clients in diverse industries:
TJ was previously a Vice President at Hitachi Consulting, a Senior Advisor to Oliver Wyman and a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting.
TJ has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Madras, India and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill.
TJ is also a Master Mariner and had a successful sea career before his MBA.
TJ lives in Newton, MA with his wife and two children and is involved in several community activities.
