For a PE platform acquisition, Quantum conducted ODD of a provider of specialty thermal protective coatings for aerospace engine parts and other industrial equipment.  Quantum conducted site visits to 2 manufacturing plants and held Management discussions.  Quantum assessed operational maturity of processes and opportunities for improvement.  Quantum also developed the costs and timeline for relocating one of the manufacturing facilities to a more suitable site.  This included identifying the parts that will need to be re-qualified, developing the capital investments required, building the workplan and estimating the one time costs for the entire facility move.
