For a PE owned A&D composites plant, Quantum developed and commenced implementation of a detailed operations improvement plan. Quantum worked with the plant team to re-layout  the floor to improve flow.  Quantum conducted capacity assessment at each work center and developed a CapEx Plan for 3 years.  This included the construction of a new clean room for composites, and several new equipment. Quantum solicited bids and initiated construction of the clean room.

Quantum also implemented an RCA process and data tracking to understand root causes of defects and reduce defects and scrap.  Other initiatives included throughput improvements and OT reduction.

Quantum managed the implementation for several months and handed it over to a newly hired Plant Manager.
