For a PE Platform investment, Quantum conducted ODD of a rapidly growing industrial rugged edge-computing manufacturer with manufacturing plants in N.America and Europe.  Quantum conducted site visits and detailed process diligence on the configure-to-order manufacturing process, product complexity management, supplier lead times and performance and assessed global supply chain risks, component constraints and lead time implications.  Quantum also assessed Engineering and NPI processes and the Engineering-Operations interface for the planned significant NPI. Overall Quantum assessed scalability and potential constraints to achieve the significant projected growth driven by AI/Industrial automation.
