For a PE owned high reliability microelectronics products and services provider, Quantum conducted an add on Operational Due Diligence of a large Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) provider. Quantum assessed opportunities for facility consolidations and productivity improvements, and estimated the EBITDA savings and One Time Costs for the initiatives.

Quantum assessed facility and services consolidations under various scenarios.  For each scenario Quantum developed conceptual floor layouts and estimated space requirements, headcount synergies and operational cost synergies.

Quantum also assessed test floor processes and productivities and estimated EBITDA improvement opportunities in Operations and Engineering.
