For a PE owned PCB manufacturer with multiple plants in the US, Quantum developed a production scheduling tool for 1 plant, to manage a highly complex production process with multiple sub-assemblies.  The tool helps Planners, Supervisors and Management to have a real time view of all work cells, plan daily production based on a prioritization of work orders and delivery dates, schedule each work cell based on capacity, estimate ship dates to customers, project monthly revenues, track yield, productivity and adherence to schedules, etc.

The tool uses Alteryx to collect and cleanse data, python code for the scheduling logic and outputs to a BI dashboard.

The tool was developed in ~12 weeks and was extremely well received by the client.  Quantum also trained the users in the tool to enable adoption.
