For a PE platform acquisition, Quantum conducted ODD of a provider of specialty thermal protective coatings for aerospace engine parts and other industrial equipment.  Quantum assessed operational maturity of processes and opportunities for improvement.  Quantum also developed the costs and timeline for relocating one of the manufacturing facilities to a more suitable site.
