For a PE owned A&D composites plant, Quantum developed and commenced implementation of a detailed operations improvement plan.  Key  initiatives include, re-layout of the plant, building a new clean room, implementing root cause analysis to reduce defects, scrap reduction, throughput improvements and OT reduction.  Quantum managed the implementation for several months and handed it over to a newly hired Plant Manager.
