Quantum has been retained by a rapidly  growing PE owned Defense radio manufacturer to plan and manage the move of its manufacturing facility to a larger site to accommodate its growth  needs.  Quantum’s scope will include requirements definition, input to site selection and layout, project planning and management, process transfer including process improvements at new site, and move execution
