Quantum has been retained to lead the add-on integration of a UK based truck accessories company with the US based acquirer and its operations in UK.  The integration involves 2 manufacturing and 2 distribution sites in the UK.  Quantum will lead the PMO and also lead operational improvement workstreams in purchasing, in-sourcing, capacity planning, lead time reduction and other areas.  Quantum will also oversee ERP implementation and provide operational inputs to ERP team.
